Quick week day dinner

As we’ve mentioned before it is though managing a full time job and cooking for dinner as well as lunch boxes every day. On top of that you should also find time for training and movement. So here comes another tip for a quick and easy, but still delicious dinner.

A good combination of veggies.

Take your fennel bulbs and carrots, that always should be available in the fridge… Add an onion as well. Chop them, place in an ovenware and sprinkle curry powder on top. Also add some coconut oil before placing it in the oven.

How tasty doesn’t this look?

Do a body training session while waiting for the veggies to cook, which takes approximately 40 minutes at 200°C. But keep an eye on them.

Dinner after training.

Serve the curry-baked veggies with pickled meat (the recipe for that will be shared soon) and pizza sallad. Sprinkle olive oil on top.
