This is not a full recipe but a post where you can get some inspiration to a dinner.
We roasted venison in the oven topped with rosé pepper.
It was served with steamed carrots, both purple and orange. More phytochemicals in the purple ones! Here is one of our best tools in the kitchen, the steam add-in that fits into any pot since it’s flexible and adjustable. Bought at IKEA for no money at all and we use it almost everyday.
Both steamed vegetables and roasted meat goes very well with herb butter.
This one is with garlic, thyme, pepper and salt.
