This weekend we left the city and had the opportunity to use our new grill! Something that we can’t do during the weekdays… Unfortunately, it wasn’t warm enough to eat outside so the dinner had to be eaten inside.
We made a lot of hamburgers from beef and pork meat, all organic local and grass-fed. That gives the best taste! When having such nice meat it’s not necessary to have any other ingredients than the minced meat, the hamburgers will stay together anyways.
A lot of hamburgers, perfect for the lunch boxes! A fennel bulb also found its way to the grill as well as two cabbage leaves. This was served with oven-roasted beetroots and sweet potato and a click of butter.
Don’t forget the rosé wine to add to the summer feeling.
