Roasted veggies and chuck steak

Time for some dinner again! Made of oven-roasted carrots, purple kohlrabi and chuck steak. Served with some herb butter and green salad.

Simple dinner made in the oven.

A chuck steak of good quality, grass-fed, is usually quite okay to just roast in the oven as it is even if it normally goes into a pot.

The chuck steak was in the oven for roughly one hour at 170°C. It turned out very moist and it’s good to have to chew on the meat at times as well.

The simple thing about this dinner was that the veggies was in the oven together with the steak, to minimize the number of steps in the cooking process. Just slide the veggies and cover with coconut oil and seasoning.

Dinner time!

Not much to write this time, maybe because it is such a simple dinner to make!

Happy cooking,
